Whether during production or in the storage: The mobile video gauge system can be installed locally within a very short period, to make professional quality controls. The time-consuming dispatch of examples will be omitted. Less time-critical controls have to be done at our site in Drolshagen.
Compared to the visual control via magnifier the Video Check Service reduces the duration of the quality control considerably. Additional time-saving arises due to the automatical archiving of the digital pictures and data to an optical drive. The complete quality control will be documented completly and will be available to you as soon as possible.
With our Video Check System the results of a quality control can be analysed by digital images and not only by numerical values. This offers more options for furhter use. Beyond that we reduce mistakes of a visual control to a minimum because the eyes will not tire in that way they do in conventional control methods.
